Description |
Graphite crystallizer material suitable for common copper alloy, when being used in CuCrZr casting, fails to meet production requirement of long contact wire as it has short service life and reacts with Cr to produce Cr7C3, resulting in rough surface of casting blank and increased production cost. |

Technical Parameters/Requirements |
Such crystallizer material is required to have high thermal conductivity, good thermal shock resistance, and minimum friction with CuCrZr but costs not much higher than ordinary graphite crystallizer. It shall be available for producing at least 1,500m copper wire continuously. |
