Beijing Origin Water Technology Inc. is a hi-tech enterprise established by returned overseas Chinese scholars in 2001 in Zhongguancun National Innovation Demonstration Zone with registered capital CNY 323,400,000. It was listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM on April 21, 2010 (Stock Code: 300070, Origin Water for short).
Beijing Origin Water Technology Inc. is specialized in R&D of technologies regarding sewage treatment and turning sewage into resources and manufacture and application of core equipment, and provides overall technical solutions to sewage plant or water recycling plant, including technical plan design, engineering design, technical implementation and system integration, support of operating technologies, entrusted operation service and etc, produces core membrane assembly systems and core parts—membrane materials, and engages also in R&D, production and sales of water purifier and etc.
The Company establishes modern R & D bases for membrane technology, equipment and process in Huairou, introduces many senior talents in membrane technology from America, Canada, Australia and Japan, etc. and establishes national membrane technology postdoctoral station and municipal enterprise technology center. It has such organizations as membrane materials R & D room, membrane equipment R & D room, membrane process and application technology R & D room and foundation analysis testing room, and establishes the internationally first class environmental membrane R & D center with Tsinghua University. Over 40 patents independently researched and developed by Origin Water has filled multiple blanks in China, its technologies and products have been honorably awarded with the titles of Second Award for State Science and Technology Improvement, First Award for Science and Technology Improvement of the Ministry of Education, First Batch of National Independent Products, National Key New Product, which makes Origin Water leading in the world in membrane technology, scale and quality.
The Company establishes the world largest modern membrane industry base in Huairou Yanqi Hi-tech Innovation Base, which covers an area of 55000 square meters and has total investment of CNY 500,000,000, with annual output of 2,000,000sq.m. MBR high quality and enhanced PVDF hollow fiber membrane (for sewage treatment) and 1,500,000sq.m. hyper-filtrated hollow fiber membrane (for running water treatment). Its main products are MBRU for sewage treatment and OW-UF for drinking water treatment.
Presently, Origin Water has completed more than one thousand water resource projects and more than one hundred water and wetland projects, is leading in sewage treatment and membrane technology fields, and also the founder of large scale MBR engineering application in China. Total scale of sewage resource utilization project undertaken by the Company is more than 3,000,000 tons per day, it can increase high quality reuse water over 1,000,000,000 tons for the nation, ranking first in the world. It has participated in many national key governance projects of water environment including Taihu Lake Basin, Dianchi Lake Basin, south-north water transfer Danjiangkou water resource protection site, governance project of Haihe Basin, Inter-basin Water Transfer Project by intaking Wenyu River to Chaobai River (the world largest MBR project at present), Beijing Olympic Dragon Water Project and water treatment project of National Center for the Performing Arts, and plays an important demonstration role in socialist new village construction water environment governance, and becomes a leading force in water environment governance and energy saving and emission reduction for water environment sensitive areas such as Beijing area, area surrounding Taihu Lake, area surrounding Dianchi Lake, south-north water transfer water source protection area, Haihe Basin.

Brief introduction of demand int’l cooperation:
Advanced technologies and products play a critical role in preventing environmental deterioration in the field of energy-saving environmental-protection membrane technologies. Strengthening international technical cooperation and transfer, building an effective mechanism of technical cooperation and sharing globally benefits resulting from technical development will boost actively the R&D, application and transfer of technologies addressing the environmental change. The Company hopes to remove obstacles in aspects of policy, mechanism, procedure, capital and protection of intellectual property existing in technical cooperation and establish incentive measures like International Technical Cooperation Fund to carry out smoothly technical cooperation and transfer to ensure that more countries could adopt more advanced environment-friendly technologies.

(1) Technical transfer or partner in technical or product R&D cooperation
1) Cooperation in transfer of advanced technologies. To further improve the Company’s product performance, technical strength and product competitiveness, look for cooperation opportunities for transfer of advanced technologies in the trade home and abroad, absorb and utilize international scientific and technological resource to the utmost extent. Moreover, the Company has been improving its R&D strength gradually in recent years and has obtained several independent intellectual properties. It looks for various types of cooperation in the field of water treatment. Major fields include: regenerating technologies of waste and old membrane, technologies of high-performance reverse osmosis products, energy-saving, consumption-reducing membrane and scale production technologies
2) Look for technical/product R&D partner. The Company has been improving its R&D strength gradually in recent years and has foundations and conditions to conduct international scientific and technological cooperation in a higher platform. The enterprise would like to make use of global resources of scientific and technological innovation and hi-end technical staff and overcome jointly international difficulties in fields of water treatment by membrane materials and membrane equipment and meanwhile improve the enterprise’s capability and level of independent innovation. Major demands include: joint development of new high-performance anti-polluting membrane materials, manufacture technologies of new energy-saving consumption-reducing membrane assembly and membrane bioreactor, development of reverse osmosis membrane materials and products for turning sewage into resources.
