Brief Introduction of Corporate Products & Services:
National Lighting Test Center (Beijing) was established in 1975. As the state-level professional inspection center of lighting appliances, National Lighting Test Center (NLTC) has been engaging in inspection, study, drafting of standard and inspection services of lighting products for a long period.
NTLC’s main business includes safety accreditation, energy conservation accreditation, delivery inspection and entrusted inspection of lighting appliance products, including illuminant, lighting appliance, accessory parts and other lighting products, and shoulders the task of national supervision and sampling inspection, overseas inspection and sampling inspection service, demonstration of lighting products’ technical level, technical verification of new products, arbitration of product quality and etc; organize and participate in drafting of domestic and international standards, carry out exchange and cooperation in domestic and international projects, assist other organizations or countries to build lighting laboratories.
Since 2003, NLTC has started to engage in detection and testing research work of semiconductor lighting products. As the Secretariat of Lamps and Related Auxiliaries Technical Sub-committee of National Luminaries Standardization Technical Committee, it carries out the research on overseas and domestic standards of semiconductor lighting products, is responsible for drafting the standards and specifications of semiconductor lighting products, and can provide technical supports for the government. It can provide detection services in terms of luminosity, chroma, electromagnetic compatibility, safety performance of LED lighting products.

Brief introduction of demand int’l cooperation:
Look for technical R&D cooperation on testing of service life and evaluation of reliability of LED lighting products, joint study on testing and evaluation methods of LED lighting products, solve the problem of LED lighting products, including long cycle for regular test of service life, low operability, incompatible with the development speed of product technologies.
Based on long-term experience in inspection and technical development, look for strategic investors regarding the building of an international efficient lighting technical center, work jointly towards the building of an international efficient lighting technical center, engage more extensively in lighting inspection technical service and technical support in international scale, output of lighting inspection technologies, technical support for building the lighting inspection laboratory, development of lighting inspection and evaluation technologies, technical support for government policy and recommendations and etc.
