Description
|
Introduction: starting with equipment necking die and soft and hard material formula design with reference to foreign sample, sample product of the suction hose has been developed and short run production has been commencedthrough our continuous exploration, study, adjustment and modification. Appearance of the suction hose equivalent to the foreign sample. The hose is flexible and can be bent and rolled up freely at room temperature. As the hose is made from rubber and plastic material, its framework tends to flatten and shrunken under direct sunlight in hot summer, and it can be rigid and cannot be rolled up easily in winter (-20℃). Therefore, weather proof alternative material is required.
Market opportunity: concave patterned light-duty fire suction hose is next generation of product matching with fire protection equipment, is light and easy to use and is thus welcomed by fire fighters.
The suction hose is to match with fire engine. According to incomplete statistics, there are 30,000 fire engines in China so that 300,000m/a hose will be needed domestically based on 10m hose replaced per fire engine per year.

Technical Parameters/Requirements
|
Measured compressive strength of the light-duty fire suction hose is required to be 1Mpa, 0.4Mpa higher than the working pressure. Physical properties are required to comply with the Rubber Suction Hose for Fire-fighting Purpose (GB6969-2005).

Profile (existing facilities, equipment and products)

Jiangsu Hoseking Fire Development Co., Ltd., founded in 1979, specializes in fire hose production. Its plant covers a land area of 90,000m2, with 70,000m2 floor area, is equipped with 200 units/sets of production equipments, including hose circular loom from Norway, PU hose line from Germany, and helix line from Italy, as well as 280 units/sets of testing instruments and apparatuses, and introduced another large diameter intrusion line this year.
In addition to series of general products, the company also offers fire coupling, light-duty fire suction hose and special hoses (e.g. luminous, antistatic, flame retardant, large diameter) to suit customers’ individual needs.
