Oxalys Pharmaceuticals is focused on development of small molecule therapeutics for treatment of neurodegenerative disorders including Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and Huntington's diseases. Its proprietary drug discovery technology uses living neurons expressing human disease transgenes to test therapeutic compound libraries in high-throughput format. This platform was used to discover the company's lead therapeutic, which is on track for clinical trials in Huntington's disease patients.
