Description
Reducing thickness of composite aluminum alloy is imperative for businesses to enhance core competitiveness and reduce weight and cost of auto radiator. As such a new aluminum alloy material is needed for improving strength and corrosion resistance after thickness reduction.
Technical Parameters/Requirements
Fin does not collapse after being placed @610 for 2min and is not corrosion perforated after being placed in 5%NaCl for 650h.
Profile (existing facilities, equipment and products)
With 140mu land area, the company has modern office, advanced production equipment and competent research personnel and senior management. As a national hi-tech enterprise, the company is dedicated to providing high quality composite brazing aluminum alloy materials and common alloy products for auto radiator, intercooler, condenser, evaporator, plant air cooler, air conditioner and other industrial heat exchanger trades.
In addition to advanced technical equipment including two-high reversing hot rolling mill, four-high non-reversing cold rolling mill, four-high non-reversing finishing mill, cleaning, bending and straightening machine, and precision aluminum foil cutting machine, the company has introduced advanced testing instruments including x-ray thickness gauge, aluminum alloy metallographic image analysis system, programmable salt spray test chamber, microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine and OBLF spectrometer.
