Description
|
Bubble has been a long-term problem that affects tubing yield in production and the elimination of bubble is crucial to the productivity of a company. Bubbles are in the form of uneven distributed small bubbles and fall-off of vertical cladding layer. This can lead to false welding or welding omission in client’s subsequent welding process and has an adverse impact on the quality of subsequent product. Therefore, solving the bubble problem is an important measure of tubing production.

Nantong Hengxiu Aluminum Heat Transfer Material Co., Ltd. is situated in Haimen Hi-tech Zone which has long been known as “gateway to rivers and sea”. Hengxiu is a Sino-foreign joint venture founded in March 2006 with a registered capital of .09 million. The company specializes in providing high quality composite brazing aluminum alloy materials and common alloy products for auto radiator, intercooler, condenser, evaporator, electric radiator, air conditioner and other industrial heat exchanger trades.
Capital construction of the company is divided into three phases, where the 30kt/a phase I was completed and started up in January 2007; phase II was completed in August 2010; and phase III is under construction into which ￥250 million is invested. The company is equipped with full set of casting, hot rolling, cold rolling, and finishing lines and advanced testing instruments including microcomputer controlled electronic universal testing machine, aluminum alloy metallographic image analysis system, OBLF spectrometer, and programmable salt spray test chamber.
The company now employs 180 personnel, where 60 persons hold college or higher degree, 5 persons hold senior engineer title and 8 persons hold associate senior title. Hengxiu has been continuously recognized as Gold Medal Enterprise, Industrial Leader, Holder of Famous Brand under Protection, Industry-Academy-Institute Integration Demonstration Business, and AAA Credit Business. Its products have been repeatedly named famous and high quality product and hi-tech products. In 2013 Hengxiu’s annual production is ￥611.64 million, profit is ￥67.21 million and tax is ￥78.05 million and is named a Major Taxpayer!
