Description
|
Online annealing of copper wire is an environmental friendly and high efficient procedure widely used in the production of copper wire. Traditional annealing procedure is based on annealing furnace and acid pickling which is energy intensive and gives rise to air pollution during acid pickling. Copper wire itself is soft and demonstrates good workability after online annealing. Due to high intrinsic hardness and electrical resistivity, brass wire shows uneven hardness after online annealing and makes subsequent machining difficult.
