Description
Soldering tin is an important industrial raw material for connecting electronic components in welding circuit and is widely used in electronic, home appliance, automobile industry, maintenance and daily life.
Long welding duration can lead to complete evaporation of flux in tin wire, while stagnation of soldering tin can lead to burr, low gloss and low brightness. For making good such defect, rewelding is required by adding some tin wire or flux.
For welding electronic circuit, soldering iron of proper power shall be selected depending on the size of what is welded. Power of soldering iron for welding of electronic circuit is generally 25-75W.
Electronic circuit is welded with tin wire made from lead-tin alloy. Tip of electric iron must be properly applied with tin and shall be free from extensive oxidation and sundries attached for reducing thermal resistance so that what is welded and tin wire can be heated and molten quickly during welding. Once a welding spot is molten and takes shape, the iron tip must be moved immediately to control welding time.
