Quartz crucible with less expanded bubbles

Description
|
In the transparent layer, there are some invisible microbubbles with a diameter ranging from several to dozens of microns which expands continuously in hot environment and can burst the inner wall of crucible when the grow and consolidate to a certain extent so as to affect the use of crucible and silicon ingot or even cause crack to crucible and give rise to a major accident under extreme circumstances.

Technical Parameters/Requirements

Expansion rate of bubble volume is less than 500% after being placed in a simulated hot monocrystalline pulling environment continuously for 40h.

The company was founded in 2009 with a registered capital of ￥17.6 million and provides a wide range of quartz products which are used in semiconductor, optical fiber, chemical, optics and light industries. We have a 40,000m2 facility within Haimen Industrial Park, Nantong, Jiangsu, is equipped with 11 quartz crucible lines available for producing various quartz crucible with a size ranging from "10” to 24”. We specialize in the research, manufacturing and marketing of quartz products and strive to provide our clients with the best products.
We have established an engineering technology research center equipped with high-end precise instruments including ICP-OES, microscope and vacuum atmosphere furnace for seeking improvement and innovation based on industry-leading technology of GE and Japan’s semiconductor. Furthermore, we invest at least 4% of our profit into research and development every year. In 2012 we have been recognized a hi-tech enterprise and took on projects under national programs such as innovation fund and torch program.
